Does anyone have, or know where I might find, accurate specifications for the purfling and rosettes used on early Martin 0-18s? By early, I mean circa 1926-ish. I’m hoping to find the thickness of each of the black and white purfling lines, as well as the thickness of each of the black and white rings in the rosette. If available, I would also be interested in the distance between the sound hole and the inner ring, and between each of the other rings. Thanks in advance!

Charlie

I think I got plans for a 1-18 from LMII that had that data...

Otherwise, I bet John Arnold or John Hall could set you up...

Thanks Ed! That's very helpful. The diameter of the outer rosette line looks like 4-5/8" but I can't be sure. Would you mind confirming if it's not too much trouble?
